The method is designed for everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Practice Timing:
- Engage in the practice on an empty stomach or at least 2-3 hours after eating.
- The best times to practice are at sunrise or sunset.
Conditions for Non-Practice:
- Immediately after a meal
- If you have high blood pressure
- If you have hernias or ulcers
- If you have heart diseases
- During menstrual periods or pregnancy
- If you have epilepsy, schizophrenia, or psychosis
Sensations: During the method you can experience physical sensations, such as tingling of the fingers and toes.
The act of breathing out too much CO2, which causes respiratory alkalosis or alkalinising of the blood, it also may lead to an altered state of consciousness.
Mind: The mind resists leaving its comfort zone and may try to make you stop during the method. It’s important to find the willpower
to push through intrusive thoughts and distinguish between mental challenges and genuine discomfort. Let go and enjoy the journey.
Emotional Release: Be aware that the practice may trigger emotional release.
