FAQs
Do I need experience to start?
No. The Pantheon Method is designed for all levels. Whether you’re new to breathwork or experienced, you can go at your own pace.
What is the main goal of the practice?
To create internal space, purify the body and mind, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.
What makes this method different?
A combination of ancient yogic techniques and modern sound technology. It blends breath, sound, and stillness in a specific sequence to release tension and create internal space.
Can this help with overthinking or intrusive thoughts?
Yes. The structured rhythm of the practice helps quiet mental noise, take you beyond thoughts, and bring you back to the present.
When is the best time to practice?
Sunrise and sunset are ideal, but anytime you can sit without distraction is a good time.
What if I can’t sit still or focus?
That’s okay. Just show up and follow the steps. Stillness often comes after a few rounds of immersive sound and breathing.
How long is a typical session?
About the same length as a good episode on Netflix. This is the time needed to reset and reconnect. If that feels too long, this may not be the right practice for you. The duration was created to ensure positive effects.
Private session: 90 minutes
Solo practice: 60 minutes
Do I need any equipment?
No. Just a quiet space, a comfortable seat, and your breath.
What are the core benefits?
Clears mental and emotional blockages, creates internal space, and increases clarity, energy, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of calm.
I feel tingling during breathwork. Is that normal?
Yes. Tingling in the hands, face, or body is common and usually caused by changes in carbon dioxide levels. It’s safe—just relax and return to natural breathing if it becomes too intense.
Can I do this practice every day?
Yes. Daily practice is safe and effective. Feel into it. Some people enjoy practicing daily, others weekly, or even monthly.
Is it normal to feel emotional during or after a session?
Yes. Breathwork can release stored tension, which may bring up emotions. This is part of the process—simply notice, allow, and continue with the practice.
Should I eat before practicing?
It’s best to practice on an empty stomach or wait at least two hours after eating for comfort and focus.
Can I lie down instead of sitting?
Sitting upright is recommended to stay alert and maintain proper breath flow, but lying down is fine if needed for comfort or accessibility.
Is this a spiritual practice?
The method is not tied to any belief system. It’s a practical approach to working with your breath, body, and mind.
Can this help with stress or anxiety?
Yes. Stress and anxiety are accumulations of physical, mental, and energetic tension that need to be released to restore balance. The method supports nervous system regulation, which can reduce stress and improve emotional stability.
How do I know if I’m doing it right?
Just breathe. The technique refines with practice. Like anything, consistency leads to improvement. You’ll know you’re on track when you feel clearer, calmer, or more energized. The rhythm will begin to feel smooth. Trust the process.
Can children or older adults try the method?
The Pantheon Method is recommended for adults 18+. In general, breath awareness can benefit all ages, but the pace and duration should be adjusted for beginners, elders, children, or sensitive individuals.
Can I combine this with other practices like yoga or meditation?
Absolutely. The Pantheon Method complements movement practices, meditation, and other mindfulness routines. It’s designed to support a mindful way of living.
What should I do if I feel dizzy or uncomfortable?
Pause, return to normal breathing, and rest. Discomfort often comes from over-breathing or mental resistance. The mind may react when entering unfamiliar states—don’t get caught in that noise. Keep breathing gently and allow the rest to unfold naturally.
