1. Acknowledgement of Risks
By participating in The Pantheon Method, a 50-minute meditation, breathwork, and sound meditation experience (the “Service”), you acknowledge and agree that:
- The Service involves physical, mental, and emotional practices that may present risks to participants, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, or adverse reactions to breathwork and meditation techniques.
- You are voluntarily participating in the Service with knowledge of the potential risks involved and agree to accept and assume any and all risks of injury, harm, or loss that may occur.
2. Health and Medical Concerns
- The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition before participating in the Service.
- If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, physical limitations, or mental health concerns, you should consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in the Service.
- You agree to stop any activity that causes you discomfort and seek immediate medical attention if you experience any adverse effects.
3. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Pantheon Method, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, or other damages resulting from (i) your participation in the Service; (ii) any actions or omissions by the facilitators; (iii) any errors or omissions in any content provided during the Service; or (iv) any other matter related to the Service.
- In no event shall The Pantheon Method’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or participating in the Service.
4. Assumption of Responsibility
- You agree to assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in the Service.
- You acknowledge that your participation in the Service is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
5. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Pantheon Method, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Service, your use of the Site, or your violation of these Terms.

- These Risk & Liability terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Your State/Country].
